ADVISED CUSTOMER IT WAS CALCIUM CARBONATE FROM OUR CORROSION CONTROL PROGRAM.AFTER VISIT ON 01/13/98 ADVISED CUSTOMER TO TRY TURNING OFF THE WATER SOFTNER AND FLUSH HOT WATER AT MASTER BATHROMM FOR A WHILE TO SEE IF THAT WILL SOLVE PROBLEM. 01/19/98 - checked with customer. Perhaps some small improvement. Will check back in a week.

American Utilities has hit a service line that they belive is a dead line because it was crimped a little farther up the line. Water is spewing.
Mr. Waters has called and visited numerous times. He feels he should be credited $50 because he was on vacation and did not use that amount of water. His meter was tested and no problems were found. Mr. Waters told that he could not be credited that amount. He wants to appeal to Mike Phillips when he returns.
