The company I rented through (Costley and Co) requires me to get a statement from you saying the water bill has been paid in full. Hi, My water connection was cut off because I lost my card and couldn't make payment. I'm charged some$90 fee for this. I've been and to pay my bill today. I'm already going through depression. I'm an international student at IU.I request the department to please waive this fee. I'll make sure it never happens again.

My water bill seems abnormally high (2-3 times higher than any bill I've received the last few years). I saw the article in the Herald Times concerning residences on the south side who were billed incorrectly, which appears to be my case. We had our landlord come and check out the house and they didnt find any leaks. We’ve been gone all month so there’s no way we could’ve used that much water. What can we do to ensure that we don’t have to pay a huge bill for water we couldn’t have used? Thanks

Hi - I received a troubling bill from CBU back in January, and despite a few phone messages and emails to utilities.ar@bloomington.in.gov, I never received a response. In the mean-time, CBU apparently discovered an error in billing as my water usage went from an average of 4-5 in 2017 to 15 in January 2018, 8 in February 2018, and back to 4 in April - June. Alas, my most recent bill shows another spike to 7, despite no change in our home usage. Is there perhaps something going awry in our meter reading? I would appreciated an explanation for these sometimes wild fluctuations... Please have a look at my bill, CBU account 845-003 and provide some clarity. Response via email works best for me. 1301 S. Walnut St. The meter reading person reported that current usage was 10,000 gallons. There are no drips or running toilets at the property. City crews did do major work in front of the property recently - is it possible that the recent work impacted the sewer water?

My name is Brynn and I live in the Regency Court apartment complex. I am signed up through the City of Bloomington to pay our water and sewage bills, but we have been moved in for over 2 months and have not yet received a bill. We just are wondering when we will receive that, and want to make sure that we have not missed any! Thanks!

I have attempted to pay my water bill online two separate times now and the system will not approve my purchase. I have tried completing the payment on two separate occasions (10/08/18 and 10/15/18) and I have tried with different credit cards. I still haven't been able to complete the payment. My account number is 30500-028
