Three dogs are left outside from very early in the morning to late at night. unsure if they have food or water but if they do, it is sure gone mid morning or day. it has been an extremely hot summer and there is no shade for them ever. the owner goes outside very seldomly to yell and cuss at the dogs as if they are doing anything bad. please help these poor babies.
A very neglectful hazardous and neglected situation for animals, neighborhood and community at large. There are at least. six pit bulls two of them being pregnant no shots, not neutered not spayed no food no electricity no water and they’re not allowed outside so it is full of dog poop and stolen goods. Drugs are an issue in that home with the dogs as well as the owner
Owners have not been home since around 11am on 11/28. Their dog has been left outside since in below freezing temperatures. Unsure if any food/water was left out.
For the past 2 days one of my neighbors dogs has been outside barking/howling has no shelter form of shelter, no access to food and water, neighbors haven't been there or haven't been there long enough to take care of him. His dog cable has been caught up in twigs and such so its all tangled up. Its not the first time this has happen back during the summer they did this to him. I think someone should seriously check into this. He was in the pouring down rain today, and its now getting cold because of temp. dropping. Residence has at least two cats that are constantly roaming free, unsure if they have access to food and water. Multiple neighbors have complained. Cats leave feces in neighbors yard, has found cat in backyard multiple times in our trees, under our porch, and in our garage. Multiple neighbors have complained to owners.
Yellow young lab. Chained outside with no adequate food or water. Shelter house has no hay/insulation. No grass, all dirt and trash. Lab too strong for disabled woman
Unit 4 is deer feeding by intentionally leaving unattended bird seed and water out on her back porch, unit 4 at 807 S Morton. It has already attracted rats.
Unit 4 renter has been illegally feeding deer and rodents with unshelled peanuts, corn kernels, and bird seed placed on the ground of her porch with water bowls. A hole or rat burrow has now appeared underneath the area where she feeds the animals. Her landlord is Lesa Miller.
This man named Adam Naugle is containing birds of prey (falcons) within his property and doesn’t let them out. At least one has died from his neglect. He has lost at least 6 raptors because of his neglect as well. He currently has a dog under one year of age that he regularly abuses. The dog shows abuse reactive tendencies towards this man (running and yelping if he raises a hand). He has body slammed her bc she peed in the house bc he doesn’t let her out for over 12 hrs or she chews something bc he leaves her without food, water, or toys in his truck for long periods. This man should never be allowed to own pets again. He also owes the IRS because he does not pay his taxes properly. Beware the man does own many guns and some are illegal including a sawed off shot gun.
Two cats are located at 613 E 2nd St and are currently being neglected. The owner refuses to clean up the litter boxes and only does so once a week. Both cats are suspected to have UTIs and one cat has been throwing up her food for months with no vet appointment booked. The owner, Lilian Ross is renting the apartment and does not feed them in a timely manner nor does she provide them with water. Please investigate this issue as both of these cats do not deserve to live in such squalid conditions.
