Customer called Beth at Dillman Rd. WWTP on 12/10 and complained that water from her bathroom tap smelled "very peculiar." Customer could not describe the smell but did say she knew it was not the drain.

WATER STILL HAS A TASTE AND SMELL LIKE METALLIC
Customer complained that her water has metallic taste. Test was ordered by Mike Farmer.

Scott called to complain about the standing water in his back yard due to runoff from all the surrounding neighbors yards. He cannot get grass to grow, water ponds, etc. He did say Gary Campbell has been out to look at this problem and he wished to make a formal complaint.
My home owner association asked me to request replacement of the water valve covers as seen in the attached document. The 3' diameter one does not fit it's nest and the 8 '' one is missing.
My home owners association asked that I request replacement of the cast iron water utility valve covers in my neighborhood. I have attached a picture of the one that is missing. It is a 8'' diameter cover located on the east turnabout. There is also a 3' cover that does not fit in it's nest in the yard of unit 713.
