Please review condition of growth in front yard. The amount of over growth and lack of drainage is causing critters to find homes and standing water issues for mosquitoes.

weeds overgrown, yard running wild, trash also in yard, standing water
JAMax empties dumpsters and lets all the fluids and water etc from dumpster run on the alley. Smelly yellow fluid running in alley, smells bad.
Neighbor says they keep rabbits in house--feces in house. Grass is over 3 feet tall. Collapsed swimming pool full of water and mesquitoes -- bad ordor coming from pool. Pool has been laying in yard for over a year.
BELIEVES PROPERTY HAS BEEN ABANDONDED. THERE IS A SWIMMING POOL WITH WATER IN IT AND IT COULD BE A HAZARD TO CHILDREN AND ALSO A PROBLEM WITH MOSQUITOS. BELIEVES NEIGHBOR IS CUTTING FRONT YARD GRASS BUT BACK YARD GRASS IS VERY HIGH.
unmowed, filthy, swimming pool full of dirty water
unmowed, filthy, swimming pool full of dirty water, complained earlier but gave wrong direction and address
Grass. The house was torn down. Only the basement is left-probably filled with water. Fence removed except on one side.
Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Referred to as "ponds". This has caused an increase in critters and bugs in the area. I would like this request to remain anonymous please...
The neighbors in shadow creek would like to see the city be more proactive in persuading the owner of this building lot to keep the grass mowed and remove the invasive trees that have grown out of the ponding water. The ponding happens after each rain and is a health issue for the residents, and a safety issue for kids on this street. This lot has looked like this for years as the 2 doctor investors that owned it previously were not inclined or forced to maintain it or properly fill it in. Anything you can do to help protect our property values by threatening fines and actions against the owner would be much appreciated. thank you, shadow creek residents.
