Water runing out of a pipe in a stone wall along 6th St and into the alley. Ms. Hawkins is worried that the water will freeze this winter and be dangerous. The outlet discharges are not rainfall based according to Ms. Hawkins.

Ms. Brinegar stated that near the above address there is a low place in the north side of the roadway. Ms. Brinegar stated that it is simking more and more and the water collects there for long periods of time. MR. HEISE CALLED CITY COUNCIL MEMBER JASON BANACH ON MEMORIAL WEEKEND AND COMPLAINED ABOUT A CITY SEWER THAT WAS CAUSING WATER BACKUP IN HIS DRIVEWAY. MR. BANACH CALLED UTILITIES DEPT. ON 5/27/97 TO REGISTER COMPLAINT.
