For the past two weeks some group of people in the area will set off fireworks around 2-3 am and its caused a disturbance. They’re super loud bangs and it jolts you up and hurts your ears. Multiple people have animals in the area as well.

There is no connection from the Speedway sidewalk to the Town & Country Apartments sidewalk. It has been mud in the years past, but now there is newly planted grass. The area in question is also a bus stop. It looks like the property belongs to Town & Country. Is there a plan to remediate? How does one upload a second photo?

The city never cleared the snow from the bicycle lane after the January storm. As a direct consequence, the melting piles of snow left mounds of debris when they melted – similar to glacial till.
