West crosswalk on 3Rd st (where Madison crosses) is covered in snow. Snow berms blocking where the sidewalk meets the crosswalk. Crosswalks are always a pain point when it snows. Is it the city's responsibility or business'/residents' responsibility to clear adjacent sidewalk intersections? I spent a few hours clearing crosswalks downtown yesterday and I am too exhausted to do this one today.
The snow from the street in front of me has been plowed up in front of my mailbox. I'm a senior citizen and paid to get my driveway cleaned but can't pay someone else to plow the snow away from mailbox
Every path from cook medical to westgate on third is blocked with snow. I walk to work and am disabled, and have been unable to go for the past three days because of the blocked bike path

The city snow plow removed one of the metal drain hole covers on Shadow Wood Drive and W Boheny Drive. The cover is on the side of the road and the hole is open. Driving hazard.
People parked in handicapped space but not handicapped. They backed in so no one could see they don’t have a permit
There is a street light out that is over the east entrance of MacAllister Rental. I do not see any numbers or markings on the lamp post to help identify and it is not showing on Duke Energies map so I am assuming it is maintained by the City or County.
