We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. The side walk going towards 2nd street on Allen the trees r grown covering the sidewalk making it unable to see while walking ur dog at night thought maybe it could use some weed whacking and tree trimming
I had sent in a request on 5/19/25 Case #202787 reporting that Olive Street needs a concrete curb installed. Due to the excessive rainfall this has caused flooding issues for 1502 S. Olive and the house on the corner of Hillside and Olive (1144 E. Hillside Dr.). I was informed that this was on the paving list and there was plans for an asphalt curb. I called on 6/9/25 and spoke to the Engineering dept. (Iris) about installing a concrete curb instead of asphalt. There is already a partial concrete curb that runs past 1502. It needs to have a concrete curb all the way up the hill so that rain will not flood into the driveway and along the house of 1502, plus it runs past the curb into the yard of 1144 E. Hillside causing flooding in the basement. They have a sump pump now, but it's old and could quit at any time. It's already August and there hasn't been any kind of activity on this street. Do you have an estimated date as to when the street will be paved and the curb installed? Also, there is a construction sign in the yard of 1144 E. Hillside that has been there all summer and would like it to be moved. Thank you for any information you can provide!

Vacant lot between 3124 and 3120 E Ramble Road. The shrubs and trees branches are encroaching on the public sidewalk. The owner needs to maintain their property so that the sidewalk is able to be traversed and not require pedestrians to walk in the street. Thank you.
Excessive growth blocking sidewalk on both sides of the street
Manhole is no longer able to be correctly and safely seated. My friend just fell down it, he is okay tho. It has also messed up my parents brand new Toyota and they are not happy. The picture I sent is it just sitting on top, if a car hits it in will turn and or flip.
