The yard is basically a shanty town full of garbage, debris, and meth heads. It is an eyesore, probably a public health hazard, and pretty sure the residents burn tires, wires, and other cables.

I believe the address is 3425 E Third street, the brick house. This house has all kind of commercial and industrial appliances in the back yard of the house. Can you let the homeowner know a back yard neighborhood is not the place to store commercial appliances like refrigerators etc. Thank you.
