I often find that this light is red for traffic on 3rd street, with many cars stopped and waiting most times I cross this intersection. There is much more traffic on 3rd street than Woodscrest and Hillsdale. It has often led me to believe that the light might be mistimed, biassed towards the traffic crossing 3rd street. I am not at all sure that it is indeed mistimed, but it seems like it, and might be worth checking if there is a way to assess that issue. The tree at Site ID: 28394 has been taken over by ivy and is dying. Several large limbs have fallen and pose a danger to pedestrians and vehicles. The latest limb to fall was quite large and fell only a few feet from a car parked on the street. I've moved the limb out of the road and to the side of my driveway but I believe this tree needs to come down to prevent future damage or injury.

There’s a bush on the property of 2127 E 5th St (at the corner of 5th and Jefferson St) that obstructs motorists’ view when turning north onto Jefferson St from 5th St. Since this intersection does not contain a 4-way stop sign, there have been several times I have almost gotten into a collision with an oncoming vehicle going south when making that turn simply because I cannot see them around that bush.

Large pin oak tree has large horizontal limbs that are dead and overhangs a big traffic light and sidewalk. This poses a danger to the traffic light, to cars in the intersection, and to pedestrians on the sidewalk. Please remove these dead limbs as soon as possible. Thank you.
