Dead animal (rabbit) on sidewalk. (Looks like it was probably hit & then thrown out of road.) Just in front of the accessory unit on the Rose Hill Farm Stop property.

Frank Marshalek walks his large dog off leash through the neighborhood every single day. The dog goes onto people's property, including my porch, and also approaches other dogs. I am terrified of dogs and request someone address this, as he has refused to do so when asked.
