The tree on the street has significant low hanging branches and needs to be maintained/trimmed. There are also other trees on this block with some dead branches that should also be maintained/trimmed as some branches have fallen over the past year.

Came in w/Councilman Sabbagh. Renting bldg. on Hillside by RR tracks. Last night an employee caught "kids" breaking into a car and they pulled a gun on him. Was reported to BPD. Citizen wants more police patrols & presence, says area has gang problems, can't subject his workforce to this. Also wants lights installed along Hillside by their parking lot.

Citizen met with Mayor during his Office Hours. Concerned that transit system does not run late or often enough, particularly in areas w/subsidized housing where people are more likely to rely on it. Owner of 111 W. 4th Street is concerned about north/south/alley between 4th and 3rd (runs along west side of 4th St. parking garage). Some repairs made by city and Duke Energy, she thinks, but not properly paved.
