The intersection of Sare Rd and Moore’s Pike has become a dangerous and confusing jumble of traffic lanes. There are no clear markings on Sare Rd going north and south at the intersection. The traffic lines left from the construction project causes cars to veer in to the wrong lanes. This should be addressed immediately

Incredibly horrible job on the intersection of Moore’s Pike and College Mall/Sare Rd. I suspect a bad accident in the near future due to nearly ZERO markings and incredibly narrow lanes. The school buses are unable to get around my tiny car heading west, and I have seen accidents occur nearly every time going north. Please fix this, it is a terrible waste of money. People WILL die or be injured.

Finish this construction already. The west bound turn lane onto E moore's pike is still partially unpaved. One must dip half of their vehicle into unpaved asphalt. Additionally, the signage is incorrect/outdated at this intersection. Finish the job you started.

The college ave and moores pike intersection is now horrible. What was wrong with the last intersection? The new walking path is really nice by renwick to the roundabout, but this intersection update was so unnecessary. It truly is a horrific intersection. You have two lanes going into one and you have to merge in the middle intersection. I have gotten into an accident almost every time going through here heading northbound to college mall.

Was there a rationale for the recent (this summer) changes to this intersection? With the closure of the 2nd lane of 3rd street it's dangerous to enter from Mitchell now.
You're angled terribly to look for oncoming traffic unless you can crane your neck 120 degrees back and to the right. Also, as traffic heads east on 3rd street (from Mitchell) they block any visibility you might have.
Are there plans to sort this out with a light, stop sign, or anything?

I've seen dozens of drivers speed through this Walnut corridor, from 8th St to 12th St, in excess of 40mph. There are pedestrian crossings at 8th and 9th that are completely unusable. Motorists like to speed through the straightaway since there are three lanes. This area needs traffic calming measures to protect pedestrians.

Will the City work with Duke Energy and its contractors to properly manage traffic around the work of Duke de-beautifying Bloomington? The flaggers are not helpful and not managing traffic in an efficient way to keep people moving safely around the work. As a driver, you are just on your own to try to figure out what some person lazily waving a flag in the breeze intends for you to do, and go head-on against oncoming traffic who also has no clue what to do.

A resident called regarding the construction happening at W 2nd St + W Bloomfield St near the Buffalo Wild Wings. He said that traffic has backed him up for 30+ minutes and had he known this street was under construction, he would not have taken it. Requesting appropriate signs to be put out beyond the construction sight itself

Poor/horrible visibility at the intersection of 4th and Jackson streets. If you are traveling on Jackson and needing to turn on 4th or cross 4th - you have to pull 1/2 way into the road to see around parked cars. I've witnessed several near accidents. Recommending a 4 way stop at this intersection.

The pedestrian crossing at 10th Street and John Hinkle Place by Woodbridge apartments is very unsafe. I cross there every morning to get to the bus stop on the other side of the street. Cars don't slow down, and I've never had someone stop to let me cross before if though I'm waiting. They pick up speed on the slight hill in both directions. Could there be a flashing light, a pedestrian-triggered stoplight, or some other way of allowing safe crossings at that busy road to access the bus stop?
