Traffic continually builds up here. The addition of the I-69 interchange will only make things worse. Very little traffic comes from northbound or southbound Rockport Rd. especially at peak travel times. A flashing red/yellow light combination would be a great improvement to a four way stop, even if only temporarily.

West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not. The lights on 3rd going over 37 and points west are not timed correctly... The traffic backup in the evenings rivals cities 5 times our size!

Accidentally submitted this request under street lights. This is the appropriate request. The mechanism for sensing vehicles at the stoplight at 45/2nd street when exiting off 37 coming from the north, doesn't work while I am on my motorcycle. In multiple cases I have had to wait 6-15 minutes before a car comes up behind me and triggers the light to change. Additionally, if a car is sitting in the turn lane on the opposite side (leaving from Sam's club) the light triggers for them, but I a stuck on a red light still.

Ped signal at Smith and Washington is triggering erroneously a couple times per minute. Not sure if the rain is causing this or what.

Light at Dunn St. and 46 bypass needs to be adjusted. I sat for 5 min. On Dunn st. Before it changed. Then it only let's about 3 cars through. I am sure it is still set for a high traffic time
