Asking if you could look at the timing of the light at Patterson and Adams. I drive home from work between midnight and 2, heading northwest on Patterson toward 3rd, and the light is changing to red just seconds after the light at 2nd street turns green. With so little cross traffic that time of day, I'm wondering why it just doesn't trip on demand anymore like it used to?
Traffic light at Kirk wood and Adams stays on green for the west bound traffic bound traffic on Kirkwood for about 3 minutes while the other lanes back up. Especially Adams which backs up from Kirk wood to the B trail in the morning
Looked like the left turn bulb that faces west at 3rd and Smith was out last night. So turning from eastbound 3rd to n Smith
One more signal seems to be reset back to original settings.
Utility Box at 1st and Walnut. Is this a new / replacement box? Or were the beautiful images painted by a visiting Cuban artist defaced ot vandalized beyond repair?
I sent this on February 20th, and haven't heard from anyone. Previous case: #166355 We are writing to you again because of two more accidents at this same corner (14th Street and Walnut Street). Danna Workman was assigned to this on October 13, 2018, then she assigned it to Adam Wason, who then assigned it to Terri Porter; however, we have been reporting this problem corner to the City for many years. On February 5, 2018 we heard from Andrew Cibor, Transportation and Traffic Engineer, who encouraged us to submit comments via a mapping tool. We submitted our comments on February 6, 2018, but as of yet have heard nothing. On December 20, 2018 we wrote to you asking for a few traffic signs from 2nd Street to 17th Street on the Walnut corridor, but nothing has been done, and we have not received a response. One of the last accidents hit our landscaped flower bed and took out our irrigation as well as our treated landscape wood to hold in the mulch and flowers. We had to replace the landscape wood, but will have to wait until Spring to replace the irrigation system there. The other recent accident (February 16, 2019) took out another irrigation head, but worst yet, it took down the very large City street light with a light attached to it for our parking lot, which we pay Duke Energy for every month. You have told us in years past that you are not seeing that many accidents reported to the City; however, if only one car is involved or even two, many times it goes unreported, and they fix their cars themselves, but our damage is left for us to repair. Last year, you did install white posts on the west side of Walnut along with pedestrian lines on the street. However, that has done nothing to slow the traffic or stop accidents. I saw two young people on scooters yesterday trying to cross at that corner, and I was concerned for their safety, as the cars were speeding by without stopping for the pedestrians. It was reported in the newspaper this morning that Mayor Hamilton is spending quite a lot of money to assess the trees in Bloomington. And, while that maybe needed, I feel the safety of the residents of Bloomington and their guests is needed more. Please respond to us as soon as possible. A yellow Watch for Pedestrian sign (and whole pole) was hit and knocked down and is now laying on ground. It's in the westbound lane on Country Club Road, right before the bridge over the creek (a little past the shopping mall with Lucky's Market).
The light at Patterson and 3rd doesn’t seem to be working.
The traffic light at the intersection of Moore’s Pike and Sare Rd seems to be off on timing. If you are on Moore’s pike heading east/west the light is Red for a long time.
Check left turn signal 10th and college. Turning left from 10th. If single car the left turn signal seldom triggers.
