hello. i'm confused about when yard waste pickup happens. for the last three mondays (my pickup day is monday) i have put my yard waste out but it hasn't been picked up (and no notice has been left indicating that there's a reason why it can't be picked up). has yard waste pickup not been happening? i unfortunately can't keep bringing it in and out, so i've left it out for now. thanks for looking into this issue!
Why wasn't my trash collected today? Recycles were collected but not trash.

I live at 814 Oolitic Dr. We have not had our trash or recycling picked up in two weeks.

There has been a shopping cart on my property for over a week now. I was told by a police officer to put a note on it with my trash and the City would take care of it. I did that on Sunday evening, but the cart is still on the sidewalk.
I was crossing walnut and miller drive light today on my walk signal when a city of Bloomington trash truck nearly ran me over. If I hadn't jumped back in time I would be dead right now. I had the right of way as it was at the crosswalk on the walk signal. They never even slowed down. I am requesting if there is any surveillance of this light if it could be looked at around 12:30pm on 5/27. I was too shook up to get a number or anything from the truck but I feel this is something that should be brought up to the drivers of the truck that they need to look out for legally crossing pedestrians.
