Hi, not sure what category this goes into...at the corner of Woodlawn & Southdowns, southeast corner, there's a big culvert on the east side, and this was blocked by leaves. When I walked by this morning the ditch was 4' deep full of water and spilling over the road; on my way back a guy & his dog were trying to clear out some of the leaves. The alley behind Beechwood 1 and 2 apartments on 2nd St are getting washed out and some of the holes are getting almost too bad to drive on. This is the alley between Grant St and Lincoln St. Thanks!
