Intersection at Chambers Drive and South Rogers is often blocked for vehicles entering or exiting Chambers Drive. Please paint large X or similar pattern on pavement to keep this 3 way intersection clear.
Deer cross S. Rogers St. daily in one particular location, on the north side of the 2129 S Rogers St property. An increasing number of cars fly down the road all day and lots of people use the sidewalk so its a risk not only to the deer but to motorists and pedestrians. I am requesting a deer crossing sign be installed on both sides of the road. My mom lives at 2219 S Rogers St. and we frequently see deer and their babies nearly get hit (and have been hit). If you face 2129 S Rogers, you will see the area on the far left side of the property where they cross near the trees. Thank you for considering this signage. There are low hanging tree branches over the sidewalk. Bikes are not able to ride through that section of the sidewalk.

The large bushes on the Graham side of the property block line of sight for southbound drivers on Madison St. They need a serious trimming.
Newly installed fencing is trashed pallets. What a bummer. This should not be allowed in the name of sustainability or reclaimed goods! This is an owner-occupied neighborhood with residents that have been living here for decades. They're the pillars of Broadview. New owners moved in and regardless of good intent, have immediately turned this upside down.
Traffic from 5:00 - 6:30 on Banta is very dangerous due to lack of sidewalks and cars attempting to bypass traffic on W Country Club by driving up Banta, turning left onto Ralston, then turning to Rockport, then West onto Country Club. This leads to cars driving very fast up Banta. I would have submitted this as a "Close Call," as I was nearly hit twice. Once while pulling into my driveway, and again while picking up my mail. I believe a 4-way stoplight, with preference for W. Country Club, would be a good solution to the current 4-way stop sign which I believe generates these patterns. If there were no advantage to cutting through the neighborhood, the number of people doing so would decrease. Another solution would be to position speed cameras, or police officers to identify reckless drivers and begin ticketing more extensively in the neighborhood. However, those solutions are more temporary.
owner put a fence up around their house and presumably didn't get a permit because it's right on the edge of their property, almost touching the road. Because it's so close to the road, it cuts off the line of sight for anyone approaching the four way stop sign. If you're coming from the main road you have to slowly edge forward to see past their fence to see if traffic is coming.

It appears owners built new out-buildings in the back of their property within the last year. Are these up to code? This property also has a lot of garbage and equipment strewn about the yard (vending machines, etc).
