In 2019 we received a residential storm water grant to have a ditch at the back of our yard redone. It was done with large riprock. During the last big rainstorm large rocks were carried into the storm drain which could cause a clogging problem at the next big rainstorm. They are located at the drain in our neighbors yard at 1100 S. Nancy Street, as well as in the drain in the street. We need the rocks to replace them and repair the ditch as it drains 17 properties. Do not take the rocks away after removing them from the storm drains.

Every car that runs over this manhole cover (center of pic) makes the cover give off aloud clacking sound—it’s loose. Just thought I’d mention it in case the is a potential problem. Thanks for the great resurfacing job!!

An animal about the size of a raccoon has died inside the storm sewer in front of my house. It is emitting an awful smell. It is visible from the storm sewer inlet. Can someone remove it?

Hi! I'm giving my neighbor's address rather than my own as hers is closer to the pothole. It is slightly west of 1917 E. Marilyn toward Nancy St.. There is a pothole that has been filled, but the filling substance is now collapsing into the pothole and there is small cavern-like opening. I suspect there is an issue with the sewer or pipes and am afraid that a larger portion of the road could soon be affected. I hope you are able to come out soon to check! Thank you so much! Drainage issue behind my house (2201 E. Autumn Drive). Rain water goes to the Jackson Creek but since last year the pipe has been damaged and now huge area has been damaged by the rain water. Big huge trees are falling (another one about to fall) because the rain is sweeping all the soil and roots have been exposed. Please have someone visit the site ASAP.

We had a storm water drain added a few years back (THANKS- we really appreciate the added drain) - The issue is that the drain causes accumulation of standing water at the base of the drain. We have had an abundance of mosquitos the last few years - & last year Trudy contacted meningitis - so we want to be careful and mitigate any risk! Is there a way the drain basin could be have aggregate (stone or grave) to the standing water? We appreciate your help - Kevin & Trudy Keough -
