We have a neighbor that lets its dog at at 8a and keeps it out for most of the day. The dog barks constantly. What is my recourse?

My neighbor might be running a dog business out of her (i think its a girl but idk) house and its making the neighborhood dangerous. Dogs are barking all of the time. Sometimes dogs sound like they’re fighting and she yells at them. She has wolf dogs that escape her backyard all of the time. I’m scared to let my kids play in our backyard because it isn’t fenced and she doesn’t have control over the dogs. People are always dropping off and picking up dogs from her house so idk if the dogs are even hers. Please help. We live near RCA park and I cant even let my kids walk to the park because im scared theyll get bitten. Supposed to be a quiet family neighborhood but now I want to move so my kids can be safe. There is a dead raccoon next to our driveway (technically on our neighbor’s property). Is there a city department that can remove the body or is that something we are supposed to do? If the latter, can it go in our regular trash? Thank you.

On Sunday evening I caught some photos of a loose dog on Southdowns between Manor and Hawthorne. The dog is frequently out on its own and tends to stay within that block roughly. It lives in a red house on Southdowns. My main concern is that this Sunday I was on a walk and observed the dog almost get hit by two vehicles in the road, I had to re-route my walk with my dog because this dog was at-large with an unknown temperament, and the dog also went to the bathroom in the grass by the creek without being cleaned up by the owners (due to being oblivious to where their dog was at the time). Is there anything that can be done to try to keep the dog safe and other drivers and pedestrians safe too? Thanks.

There is a small black dog that looks like a terroir mix at 1105 S Stull Ave. It keeps coming into the yard of the property we manage 1101 S Stull. Today the dog bit someone taking a tour of the house. They did not draw blood from that bite. After talking to the tenant we learned that they have also been bitten by the dog and that it did draw blood. We would appreciated it if the dog stayed in it's own yard.

Looks like a dying young raccoon on the road/sidewalk outside this address. It was curled up in a ball but moved it's ears when it heard me walk by - didn't move it's body at all though.

My neighbor in 119 w pinewood lets her dogs loose all the time. I almost hit one with a car. I am afraid that my dog, who is leashed outside for peeing and pooping, will attack those dogs if they come in my yard. And their beagle dog barks and howls all day and night. This is a duplex so I hear it constantly. They have been warned before about their dog running loose. Please warn them again and add in a noise ordinance violation.
