Tripping hazard caused by uneven sidewalk section.

A travel trailer has been camped on this residential street for more than a year creating traffic congestion. It is now worse due to the construction hauling trailer parked across the street and about two car lengths west. I just reported it as well.

At bottom of driveway is larger patch of frozen water. We have had numerous water lines breaking and wonder if this is another? Ice patch is in curb and in street.

In the grass north/south easement behind my property that runs parallel between Washington and Lincoln, just south of Davis, there is an open sewer pipe.

The sewer lines for 2201, 2203, and 2207 connect together and then jointly connect to city sewer. As this was done sometime in the 1950s, is this up to current city codes? Over the past few years there have been a few sewer back-ups as a result of all lines being connected. Is there a grant available to the homeowners that will allow each of them to disconnect from each other and connect to city sewer individually? It's been 3 weeks since my neighbor has had a new driveway installed. He still has the sidewalk taped off. It only takes 2 days for the sidewalk to cure, yet the kids are walking on the street or dirty grass because he has the sidewalk taped off for no reason at this point
