Location: 6th and Morton Streets, Bloomington IN Incident: Approximately 10:00 a.m. on 3/26/2019, a Miller Transportation bus (no passengers) struck a bike rack, completely dislodging the mounting system. It is loose, unsecured. The device and the concrete are a safety hazard. Repairs need to be affected to return the rack in its proper position in pristine condition. I explained they already know and are making excuses. He still didn't show. I Ieft a message for Ofcr Crider to call me. He was on a run but NEVER called me back. HELP.

To who it may concern, After 3 or more maintenance requests in the last week for our air conditioning at apartment 123 of The Arch Bloomington, the General manager will not do anything about it beyond sending maintenance to keep adding free-on when there is an obvious other issue.
