There is a significant pothole in the Alley between 6th & 7th streets west of Kirkwood at the midway point where the trash dumpsters are located. This is causing removal of trash to be both difficult and dangerous.
Trash and broken glass overflowing in the alley next to Function Brewing. They were recently cited by HAND for this and it is worse now. Function complained about the loose trash blowing down the alley and into their patio area.

111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results. So, just like that, the temporary fix, gravel in the ditch was just that, temporary. After a couple rains, the gravel has all washed down in front of our storm drain and across Kinser Pike. The deep crevice along Acuff Road either needs to be filled in with black top or concrete, or a true rain gutter needs to be installed. Gravel just compounds the problem, and the crevice is still there.

The alleyway between Cardinal Spirits at 922 S Morton St and the building to the North of us continues to flood and cause water to flood down into our building. We would like to request some kind of simple drainage solution such as a ditch to be installed to mitigate this problem.
