Friday and Monday I came home to a house full of nasty sewer gasses. My toilet and bathtub trap had been sucked dry of water. I've spoken to my neighbors and it's happening all up the street. My address is 903 W. GOurley Pike. (Your location map is confused.) I have a sickly cat at home and I am seriously concerned that if this continues he may die.
Hello, I live two doors down from the Banneker center. I have a request that the city, park the van either on the side street next to the center or in front of the center...I realize this is city parking and they have a right to park there. The staff park the van in front of my house and leave it there all weekend and they usually park the van directly in front of mine and my neighbor's house, while they have plenty of room on the west side of the building to park. Or possibly at the girls Club. They usually leave the van there all weekend . They usually park at at least 3 feet from the end of the yellow line. We can normally park three cars there. This effectively cuts off any accessible parking in front of my house and my neighbor's house. I don't mind the extra parking for the kids activities all during the week but this is the staff van. My home owner association asked me to request replacement of the water valve covers as seen in the attached document. The 3' diameter one does not fit it's nest and the 8 '' one is missing.
My home owners association asked that I request replacement of the cast iron water utility valve covers in my neighborhood. I have attached a picture of the one that is missing. It is a 8'' diameter cover located on the east turnabout. There is also a 3' cover that does not fit in it's nest in the yard of unit 713.
Trying to sign up online for E-bill and the option to do so is not available. I can log in, but then can see my bill, see my usage, etc., but there is no option for E bill. Please advise.
I am here to report a safety issue on the location above. There is a tree branch laying on top of the street for almost one year. It seems the branch can fall on the street anytime. Please take care of it before it hurts any one. Thank you.
I did not receive my bill this month and it is not on the website, but I already made my payment with a surcharge, only the balance due appears. I have had months of harassment on my account first charging me 28 to 40 dollars in my bill, the cover of my water meter was out of place for days and then I went to the office where they shouted to me that it was my fault the wrong size of my garbage cart and now not only does not get my receipt, you do not put it on the internet paging for me to know, now that you are charging me. Someone knows why and can inform me?

Hello. I actually live at 410 S. Walnut, and I am beyond furious. You have workers "fixing" the roads on Walnut. They start before 7 everyday - which isn't even the problem. They shut off the water without alerting us. I have an important class I have to attend today looking horrible because I was not alerted to the fact that our water would be shut off. I am beyond disappointed. I can't even eat my breakfast this morning because oatmeal requires water. We deserve better from you.
