At cross street of 3rd and Fairview (on property of 704 W. 4th st) in Prospect Hill. neighborhood. The brush around the stop sign and corner is difficult to pass walking on the sidewalk. Drivers have a difficult time seeing if pedestrian walking. Picture is walking east on 3rd st.
Last week there was another accident, homeowner continues to grow "wildflowers" and does not maintain growth to a reasonable height, vegetation blocks line of sight and is very dangerous.
The overgrowth between the sidewalk and street on the NE corner of 2nd and Euclid blocks all the views of westbound traffic, creating a significant hazard. This occurs every year. The residents are apparently cultivating it. That overgrowth needs to be removed permanently.

Line of sight/safety hazard because of excessive growth in front of 820 W. 2nd Street. For those turning onto 2nd street from Euclid street, the vegetation blocks the line of site. This is especially dangerous because the property is near the top of a hill, which already obstructs line of sight.
The weeds are so overgrown at this address that it is really hard to see if you would like to turn from Nancy onto Hillside. This is a yearly problem.
I called 3 weeks ago to inquire about large tree on easement. 2-3 years ago all easement trees on our blocked were removed and replanted with a new tree. They got to us and stopped. We keep trimming it and it's impossible to keep the limbs off cars parked on street. Roots tearing up the ground. When I called 3 weeks ago, told someone would call me back. Have not heard from anyone. Please advise.
This small section of growth obstructs view, making it dangerous trying to turn from Spicewood Lane onto Sare Road, which is heavily traveled now.
Please assess this intersection (Fairview and 13th) at the top of a slight hill with a stop sign. The massive honeysuckle bush on the east side of Fairview obstructs view of stop sign until you are right up to the stop sign. Additionally, when you are stopped at 13th st and looking east there are oftentimes vehicles parked in front of the residence and the view to the east is blocked. I don't know how the yellow painted curbs to prohibit parking near stop signs are determined but this intersection may need something to prevent vehicles from parking right up to the stop sign. 11 weeks now without a driveway. No driveways completed within 2 blocks in 2 weeks. Am still dealing with mud and gravel for the entire summer. WHEN WILL THIS SANDBAGGED PROJECT BE DONE? 3 city blocks without driveways since memorial day. Hamilton you are dead to me.
