100 N Bryan Ave has had a beer pong set up in their yard for more than a week and a half. You can’t see in this photo, but the lawn is strewn with beer cans and solo cups. It’s a neighborhood eyesore and my child’s bus stops picks up and drops off next to this mess everyday.

The storm water drain located at the front of the house is flooding. I have cleaned the area, however its an issue in heavy rains. I have reported this issue previously as well. Signal gives a green left turn arrow to east bound traffic on East 3rd for a left turn onto Hillsdale every cycle even without cars in the turn lane.

Please have the city traffic software programmers review this signal's program. It is basically ignoring the street sensors for westbound traffic on 3rd.
