We are the 1556 S. Andrew Circle, Bloomington residents. This dead tree belongs to the City and it happened to be located right in front of our house. It really hurts our neighborhood’s green environment. We are encouraged to notify the City in order to remove or replace this Dead Tree ASAP. We tried several calls within the last three weeks, but no one really knows where we need to report. Finally we were asked to contact Mr. LEE from your forest department. But He neither answer our phone call nor response to our messages. We are very upset with Lee’s irresponsible attitude. If this is not his responsibility, he needs to call us and let us know who will be the right person to call. His ignorance to residents’s request is not acceptable. We are forced to write this email and hope City will pay attention to it. There is no too small things can be ignored if City really takes its responsibility. Hope to hear from you soon. Switchyard Brewing reports several attempts to reach city landscaping department requesting this area have sod laid. Business owner has attempted to repair himself with no luck. Stated it has been dirt since they opened, and requests city assistance.

I have been requesting that the City remove a very large, dead, Ash tree for over a year and a half. I have been put off and put off. Finally, I was told that it would be removed in November. It is now almost the end of January and it is still there and continues to drop limbs. As I have said over and over, I plan to be building in the Spring in range of the tree. Should it fall, it would seriously damage part of my new construction. I have diligently been trying to be proactive about this to avoid having to go through making repairs, filing claims, etc. Could someone please remove this tree and stump? I have already said that I am more than happy to reseed the area myself. I just need the tree removed and the stump ground.

There are 2 Ash trees that need to be removed due to the amount of large dead limbs. There are many cars parked on the street that are in danger of having the limbs fall on them. The trees are streetside and fall between 2723 & 2719 S. Pinehurst Drive.

Several trees on the east side of property, inside Winslow Woods, are dead and potentially could cause damage to my deck and house. The trees are all on city property and need to be removed as soon as possible. This last wind storm a dead tree fell and many others are certain to come down soon.
