East University Street between Jordan and Eastside is in pretty bad shape - lots of potholes, general disrepair, it's difficult to traverse (the absolute worst of it is right at Jordan and University). I see another part of East University Street is slated for paving in July, it would be really great if you could just keep going across all of East University Street! (There is also currently a water leak issue at Eastside and University which we reported last night that's going to cause additional road damage). Genuine thanks for all you do!

I tried to call 812.349.3400 but got no answer. Thus, I used this form. I just wanted to report a possible glitch that may be happening in the traffic light at Covenanter and S. College Mall Rd. When I approached the light, traveling east on Covenanter, the light was flashing red. I assumed all lights were flashing red and treated it as a 4 way stop. A car on the other side approached the intersection as well. They also stopped. At the time no cars were coming down College Mall. They turned left (south) onto College Mall. I turned left (north) onto College Mall. Just after I turned vehicles were coming up behind me on College Mall, heading north without stopping at the intersection. I looked in my rearview mirror and the light for those on College Mall was green. This is a very dangerous situation as those of us on Covenanter had red flashing lights versus solid red lights. I turned up the road and returned to Covenanter to view the light cycle a few minutes later. The glitch appeared to go away and the traffic light seemed to be functioning properly again. However, it may be worth assessing to prevent possible collisions in the future.

Please trim back tree/shrub growth on the east side of N. Walnut St. just north of the visitors center, just north of the entry/exit to Blue Ridge neighborhood. It's very difficult to see cars traveling south on N. Walnut as you exit the neighborhood. Dangerous in many cases as drivers are traveling well over the speed limit on the newly paved road. The new sidewalks on the northwest corner of Sare and Rogers have been badly damaged from utility trucks driving on them. There could have been some plywood or metals plates used to cover the walks to protect them.

This location needs a street sign indicating that Hathaway Courts is a dead end (or a no through street sign). Numerous vehicles each day come down the street in an attempt to get to the parking lot for the tennis courts at Southeast Park. A sign would reduce the traffic that comes down the street looking for the park.

For years I have seen many drivers on Rogers (both directions) blow through the stop sign at Dodds. I’ve had three near-misses that I can recall and have seen others have near misses. I saw 2 just today. I’ve come to the point where I think there is something wrong that so many run this stop sign. I don’t know if more prominent striping on the street or larger signs will help or not, but I feel it needs investigation.

The curbs on the north side of Wylie St. between Hawthorne and Highland are a mess...broken up and full of weeds, unsightly for Gayle Cook and others who live on the south side of the street. Wondering if the city could take a look and possibly do something about them. Disclosure: My husband and I have tried for years to keep the weeds down, but it is -- alas -- a losing battle. Thank you so much for considering this request! I've been impressed with how quickly you all respond to reports. It's most heartening!

Multiple potholes 1000 S Mitchell St & 1500 E Southdowns Dr. along seam of road where intersection was re-aligned years ago AND northward on Mitchell in seam of road towards Maxwell Ln. 3. Around corner of 1500 E Maxwell Ln & 900 S Mitchell St on the eastbound lane of Maxwell up the hill. 4. 1300 E Southdowns Dr & 1000 S Highland Ave both directions (east & west) in middle seam of Southdowns
