A couple months ago the fire inspector came and inspected BBs market shared room with us the thrift shop where the sprinkler system and computer that monitors smoke or fire in the building. It has since been filled with all kinds of stuff that you can no longer access that panel if it was to go of.
The Project School of Bloomington is having a performance at the MCPL tonight, in their auditorium of sorts. The school previously encouraged parents to let their children sit in the aisles in lieu of seats(or in laps) to account for how packed they would be. At the performance, there are indeed children sitting in the aisle and making an emergency exit a lot more dangerous than it should be. Perhaps the occupancy limit hasn’t been reached, but it doesn’t seem ok for this to happen, especially considering they dim the lights and the only exits are down those stairs.

POWER LINES HERE ARE SHORTED AND **THROWING SPARKS**. We have reported this to Duke and they have chosen to ignore it instead of restoring AC to Vinergar Hill houses.
There is a cable hanging down from the power line pole. It crosses the Walmart entrance off of Leonard Springs Rd.
McDonald’s on east side has an exit door locked from inside
In the alley between 909 and 911 S Madison St., a property owner (909) is running an electrical line (extension cord) from their home across the alley to send power to an above ground pool. The wiring lays across hot asphalt and is covered by old carpets. This is an unsafe method for provide electricity to a separate property, and poses risks of fire in the neighborhood.
While living at Terra Trace (321 E. 14th St) from 2020-2022 there were a lot of problems but one that should absolutely not be dismissed. I am disappointed that no one seems to realize the seriousness of this. On Aug 17, 2021, my neighbors set their stove on fire. Once I noticed the smoke smell, I went to the hallway to see what was going on and my neighbor explained what happened. They didn't know what to do so I pulled the fire alarm and it did not go off. I had to alert everyone by knocking on their doors to let them know the building wasn't safe and we needed to get out. I was told my claim was false and inaccurate. After some minor internet searches, I found that there was a fire here in 2011 (if I remember correctly) that killed a student. After finding this out, I knew I had to do more. I feel as if this apartment complex needs to be reevaluated for safety of the residents still living there. I will also be willing to provide more information, videos, etc about this incident. Attempted to contact Center Point but had no luck. The gas shutoff valve in front of Inkwell has its handle not secured by a padlock. Needs to be secured before someone decides to play with it. Regards, Craig
