This stop is right on Walnut St and there is a PILE of trash and debris. There are TV's etc..Sanitation does not take TV's at all, however nothing has stickers on it and it is a PILE of trash!
Resident called in upset that we didn't take one of her yard waste bags. She says that we every 10 times don't take something. She had bags of yard waste in plastic bags which our crew dumped the contents and left the bags. I explained that we can't put plastic bags in the truck. She says someone is stalking her and when we don't take her stuff it gets thrown all over her yard. She says she is disabled and can't bring it back in when we don't take it. She is going to file a "formal complaint" about it and wants us to make provisions.
Per 939 they were there and nothing is at the curb. They were there at 5:17am and nothing was out.
5:21 am there was no trash, recycle, or yard waste out.
On Thursday 03.03.16 our recycle crew threw away his cooler and 5 gallon bucket. Blake was very upset! Shelby replaced the items today. We left at the front door.
Mr. Bob Hall came to our office about his daughter's recycle not being picked up. He had an attitude from the minute he walked in. We sent Tammy to clean up the recycle ONE time and done! This is a problem stop!
I sent Tammy to pick up a "miss out" and the owner came out and asked her why we didn't pick up. Tammy picked it up but it was all mixed up.
Resident called and complained that we wrote up for not sorting but claims we spilled recycle all over driveway. Cussed at me, told me he will go to someone higher to get it picked up. Claims since we are union and work for city we can do what we want.
Cameron called and says we missed his recycle, I called 946 they said there were very few stops out on Moody. This guy says we miss every time! We have to call from there every time!
