Claims a "minor crime wave" in Prospect Hill - cars broken into, thefts from porches. Papergirl said she's called BPD when she seen people breaking into cars but they do not respond. Wanted police reports of incidents in area, was told it would cost $5/hr and couldn't be done for a year. Trash not put out. Trash stacked up, animals are getting into it, it's an eye-sore. Ms. Hart called owner (Johnie Edwards) & nothing has been done. Thinks tenant is Regina Stogdill & Ms. Hart has not spoken with her this time but has in past.
