Hi there! I'm a local resident and wanted to ask and was curious about the Bloomington Flag. I saw on Portland Vexiology Association that you were at the idea stage but I have not heard about anything recently and wanted to know if you would update the flag or at least upload the current design already flown as all I can find is pictures of it waving. As I do believe Bloomington is a great place and I think the flag should represent it.

I would like to know who is in charge of taking care of the fringe area between the Cascades golf course & the service road that abuts the properties of Northwood Estate? It seems that there is a dead tree covered over with scrap weeds, baby trees, poison ivy & all along that service road it has been really neglected. I used to walk across to walk. I cant anymore. This is a sightline/sign issue, I am Bob Loviscek and I reside at 605 N Smith Road. The picture that is attached is from the end of my driveway looking South. The address of this issue is 601 N Smith Road. The treeline on this property is creating a significant safety issue by not being able to see northbound traffic coming on Smith Road. The trees also have overgrown to the point they cover the Bridge Height sign. I have emailed the offices of HAND and Planning and Transportation to help correct this problem and it still has not been taken care of. Any assistance would be appreciated before someone is hit coming out of my driveway. I can be contacted at 812 219 4749.
