The maps linked to the neighborhood parking permit applications have illegible street names. Could not progress past the "type in the address the incident occurred" screen. The directions said addresses would populate once you started typing but that did not happen. I was stuck on that screen and unable to progress. Tried multiple ways to type the address, city, etc with no luck.

Hi. The map location link on the Lion’s Den Shelter in Upper Cascades Park is incorrect. It navigates to somewhere in Martinsville. I have the correct Google Maps coordinates here (as I will be hosting a birthday party at the shelter in May): 39.2032964,-86.5395028 .
