From previous complaint: Other: Several suitcases, debris, empty alcohol bottles and trash between personal residential property and city sidewalk I in fact DID give a location. I specifically said the intersection of Clarizz BLVD and East Buick Cadillac BLVD. in the "service request location" portion of the form. Case number for this incident is: 180246 Thanks I will leave the location again in the service request location for a second time. I will be more specific and say IU health? Good Grief. Crosswalk button on Bloomfield Rd & Landmark Ave by Williams Brothers, is malfunction. It doesn't seem to respond. Resident waited 3 light cycles to be able to go.

On the 600 block of Patterson Drive and 2nd Street is a crosswalk light that is out of sync. The crosswalk light turns green as well as on coming traffic. Very dangerous.
