The potholes going into The Village are INSANE. I have called and called the office and have yet to get a clear answer as to when these multiple potholes would be filled. One of my friends works in the office and said they are aware- and are also aware they are 4 inches deep. The road going into the complex is very narrow and now filled with potholes- making it impossible to avoid them. These will cause very serious damage to my car.

Lots of gravel in the road on the west side of Rogers

Covenanter & College Mall Road: there's a ton of sand and gravel in the road. It's on the West side of the intersection where eastbound covenanter traffic waits at the light. Tires spin just trying to go from a red light. It's quite dangerous.

Can the loose sand and gravel be swept up at the intersection of Fenbrook Lane and East Moores Pike? For westbound bicyclists on Moores Pike who are turning north onto Fenbrook, the sand and gravel presents a hazardous situation. Cyclists are approaching at speed since there is a downhill, they want to make a smooth, wide turning radius, but the sand and gravel presents an potentially dangerous obstacle while turning. There is a large piece of metal at the intersection of 2nd and Rogers (presumably covering up a pothole or other road issue). However, it is in the line of traffic and creates an extremely loud noise every time a vehicle drives over it making it difficult for anyone living in the general vicinity to sleep. Perhaps a different methodology could be used until the necessary road repairs are completed?

Potholes across the road after you turn west onto Gentry from 446, impossible for bikes to ride through it without taking a beating from the rough pavement.

There is a void under the street that appears to be a sinkhole at the NorthWest corner of 422 S. Washington St.

Once again asking the city to fill in this huge rut that was created at the end of my driveway and in front of my mailbox when Winslow rd was repaved. Previously the request was denied saying it was outside the scope of the project, however, the project created the rut during the project work so I'd like the city to fill it in before snow comes and myself, USPS, and delivery trucks get their tire stuck in this hole when delivering mail and turning right. Thank you!
