There was a water line break on Sunday behind 2252 E Cape Cod Dr, Bloomington, IN 47401. The City of Bloomington Utilities patched the line and filled the hole. However, would like to know if City of Bloomington will repair and asphalt the patch and if this is the monetary responsibility of the City of Bloomington. Please advise.
I'm writing in support of Goat owned by Kim Carballo, who lives on the corner of Driscoll and South Lincoln.. They don't smell, are quite, well cared for and friendly.. THey don't invade my garden like do Deer, racoons, oppossums, or skunks.. I'm in favor of her getting a variance to keep the goats..

On Monday may 6th my daughter Asiajuana and i pulled up to the village pantry on Patterson and West 3rd. My daughter got out the car to go into the gasstation, when 2 girls started yelling profanity at her. She proceeded to get back into the car to let me know that these were the girls that had a problem with my God daughter Porchanae Reedy. So i get out the car in hopes to defuse the situation asking them can we talk. They said come come over here as we were walking over they still proceeded to curse etc... So i asked what problem did they have with my daughter because she had nothing to do with the on going problem. Things got heated. My daughter and the girl name Ashely Reynolds got in each others face and she hit my daughter. Ashley's sister Brook decided to jump in so then i jumped in trying to protect my daughter. After that my mind went blank i just felt punches to my face and body, i looked over and my daughter was being dragged by her hair while being called a black bitch, i was called a black bitch and the word nigga not nigger. After the fight my breast was hagging out my mouth was busted. I got up off the ground i believe i put my shoes on, i look over and both girls pulled up to my car Brook got out and snatched my purse out of my car, my daughter tried to grab it but she couldnt. A lady that was parked on the side of me called the police during the fight. Police showed up asked what happened took pictures had me my daughter and the lady Pam write statements. After about an hour the police found my purse. I had already canceled my bank card witch was still in my purse but all my cash was gone. Witch in the original police report i reported 900.00 in cash but it actually was only 600.00 in cash and 385.00 on my bank card so i summed it up to 900.00 in total before the purse was returned. My daughter has a black eye, and her skin was ripped from her knee. The police told me that both girls would be arrested. Later that night i found out either girl was arrested the only got citations for court. The next day they repeatedly drove past my home calling us niggers, threatening us taunting us about our cars and beating us up again. I called police and they said its a public street. Im mad im angry and im fed up with the police Dept. This is not the first time that white ppl has gotten away with harming us we were jumped back in 2014 by 12 white supremacist and the case was thrown out of court. I cant let this one go. There was a deer hit and it died and is laying in the yard at 1191 E Carnaby. Does the City remove deceased animals? If not, do you know who I can contact? Thank you!
Deer invasion is getting out of control unable to enjoy my yard it is fenced but they can jump it besides destroying all my plants now they are chasing after a visiting family dog I know the task force is done But what can be done ?
For over a year there have been 2 huge utility poles and miscellaneous items left in my back yard. When will these items be removed? It has been far too long. My children play in our back yard and these items are quite the hazard for them. Originally there was one utility pole left there which I assumed was going to eventually replace the existing utility pole. Then after a few months, a second one showed up. What is being done to either remove or use these utility poles? My backyard is not a refuse for the Duke or the city. I dread the day when my children get cut by the items left there that was placed there by Duke and the City. 2233 East Autumn Drive
real problem with the city and with residents, when the mow the medians on sare road they leave the grass in the roads, also on the new intersection on tap and rockport rd they have mowed and left tons of wet grass in the road. also on south walnut along the weat side going south in front of community ford down to taco bell, they always mow and aim there mowers toward the road, its dangerous and they leave all the grass in the road, wich stop up the sewer drains. it looks horrible and needs to be adressed. thanks
