This complaint was emailed to Nancy Axsom (in engineering dept.) from the customer to remove debris from storm sewer ditch. Nancy told customer he was on a list to have debris removed. She notified the customer by email of this and emailed me a copy of the emails.
Storm sewer in her back yard is eroding

Please clean storm drains if front of 926 S. Highland and drain North accross the street.

Ms. Aslami left a voice mail on 11/26/13. I returned her call on 11/27/13. She was difficult to understand but I believe she said she has water that comes up from their garage drain when it rains hard and she wants the city to fix it.
Customer would like the storm drain in front of his house cleaned off.
