The portion of my property with a utilities right of way and that I am maintain is now blocked in a hazardous way. I open my gate as of yesterday May 2, 2024 to a deep 2-3 foot hole that now has 2 large pipes sticking up above ground level constituting a direct hazard to my rightful access. The company (Flagship Underground-phone: 773-964-9045) claims to be laying fiberoptic cable and said they were trying to locate the sewer and gas lines. What can you do to have these pipes moved and/or buried so that they not blocking my gate and presenting a tripping and access hazard? Thank you, Martha Nyikos

This Ditch Witch machine on a trailer has been carelessly left obstructing the entire lane of traffic on Southdowns just west of Hawthorne. Traffic is driving into the bicycle and pedestrian path with blatant disregard for those using the path. It is very dangerous and this company that left its trailer in the road should be fined a significant amount. Someone could very easily get seriously injured with this setup.

This racecar track has been left on the sidewalk for several days. Toys at this residence are normally a minor problem, but I had to walk in the road to give room for a dog and its owner to get by.

Residents of 1000/1002 East Atwater have a dunk tank in the alley behind 1002 East Atwater. This is still a platted city alleyway and not private property. Neighbors are subjected to constant “thudding” noises. We would appreciate it if compliance officers/HAND would ask them to move their apparatus out of the alley. Thank you.
