This is an eyesore and safety concern. Home owner tries to fix all problems himself although wiring companies seem to be talking to owner. Pointing to roof of house and lines leading to house. Home owner owner of other rentals on S Rogers. This house should be checked to make sure no code violations. Home owner recently blocked house numbers on house. Worried about possible fire and others not being able to report an address.
