• Fingerprints
  • $15.00 per fingerprint card for Bloomington residents (within City limits)
  • $25.00 for the first fingerprint card, non-resident (outside of city limits), $15 per card after the first.
  • Fingerprinting hours are Monday - Friday, 10:30AM - 3:00PM only.
  • Fingerprinting for Handgun Licenses are not performed at our location.

• Vehicle Identification Number Check
  • $5.00
  • Fee must be paid prior to completing the check. If the vehicle is not legal to drive to the department, you'll want to come in and pay your fee, then return to the vehicle and call in to request an officer meet you to complete the check. Proof of payment will be required upon officer arrival.

• Local Limited Criminal History Check
  • $7.00

• Notary Service
  • $2.00

• Photos/Videos/Audio are provided via a USB Drive or a CD/DVD Disc, depending on the size of the file(s).

The Bloomington Police Department accepts the follow payment methods:

  • Card must have a chip, and must physically be present for payment.
  • No payments will be accepted over the phone, using Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, or any additional cash apps.
