Bloomington, IN - The City of Bloomington Community and Family Resources Department (CFRD) invites the community to Be Connected Bloomington at the fourth annual Fiesta del Otoño Fall Cultural Festival on Saturday, Sept. 19, from noon-4 p.m. at the Monroe County Public Library, 303 E. Kirkwood Avenue.

The event gives local artists the opportunity to showcase Bloomington's various Latino traditions with dance demonstrations, live music, food and activities for the entire family. The event is free and open to the public, and all residents are encouraged to attend.

Fiesta del Otoño kicks off National Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from September 15 through October 15 and celebrates the traditions, ancestry and unique experiences of those who trace their roots to Spain, Mexico, and the countries of Central and South America and the Caribbean.

Festival sponsors include CFRD, Monroe County Public Library and Bloomington Hospital Positive Link.
