TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON AND DON OWENS MEMORIAL LODGE 88, FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE.
