About
This class is appropriate for those with some yoga training and experience controlling a stand up paddleboard (SUP). Well paddle to a nearby cove, drop anchors (included) and try some common yoga poses and stretches. All poses will be low and close to the board with lots of points of contact like in a seated position, tabletop position, on your belly or on your back. If needed, modifications will be given for poses. This class is great for those who want to expand their yoga practice and spend more time on the water.
