This course encompasses USA Softball rules, mechanics, and positioning for anyone interested in becoming a certified USA Softball umpire. The class runs Wednesday evenings for four weeks and participants must attend all four sessions. Graduates of this class are qualified to umpire in adult and youth softball leagues offered by Bloomington Parks and Recreation.
