About

Improving mobility, strengthening muscles, and reducing stiffness with each step—perfect for those with arthritis or anyone looking to move better. The Arthritis Foundations Walking with Ease program is a structured and evidence-based initiative designed to alleviate chronic pain through regular group walking activities. Instructor led walks will take place at local parks and trails, meeting three times per week, for six weeks. The hour will consist of an active warm up and stretching, education on physical activity, and a guided walk. Come join us and stroll through scenic parks, loosen up stiff joints, and boost your energy—all at your own pace! Walk length and difficulty is individualized for each participant. Participants can expect to walk approximately 20-40 minutes each session. Participation is free!
