The Community and Family Resources Department (CFRD) serves as a resource to individuals, families and organizations in the Bloomington community, coordinating services, programs and activities that promote an enhanced quality of life and help to build a strong, vital community. City now accepting enrollees for 2013 citizenship and naturalization classes
	Newcomers, English-language learners and permanent residents can learn about becoming a United States citizen through the City's citizenship and naturalization program, which begins on March 26 and ends on April 25.
