The Community and Family Resources Department (CFRD) serves as a resource to individuals, families and organizations in the Bloomington community, coordinating services, programs and activities that promote an enhanced quality of life and help to build a strong, vital community. This department is located at 401 N. Morton Street, Bloomington, IN 47404 in Suite 260 of City Hall. For more information about the department please call 812-349-3430 or email cfrd@bloomington.in.gov. Find City Hall. Office hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday.
