Lizzy has had a lot of instability in her short life and would love nothing more than to have someone that can give her a stable home, a predictable routine, and a whole lot of love. Lizzy bonds quickly with her person, is a total snuggle bug, and absolutely enjoys training. She is learning basic commands and is better every day with "sit", "down", "stay" and "come." Lizzy is solidly housetrained, sleeps in her crate at night, and can occupy herself with her toys. Her foster says that she settles easily for "work from home" days and hangs out on her blanket with a hard chew toy - benebones/nylabones are her favorite. Lizzy walks well on a leash and, although she is reactive to dogs and some people, she is learning good redirection skills. And she gets along with the house dog in her foster home. Lizzy takes a minute to warm up to new people, especially after she has bonded to her "number one" but once you are part of the pack, she's as loyal as they come.
