Sabine

Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Sabine is a 7-month old puppy that we adopted back in May. She is fun, energetic, and loves to play fetch.... even bringing the toy back and everything! She loves to play interactively, or with her favorite toys near you. She loves to play hard, and can then doze off right by you on the couch once she depletes her energy, and is a great cuddle buddy. We have 2 other dogs, and she is absolutely smitten with one of them. She plays with him, they wrestle, and can share a doggy bed. The other one she's not as fond of and vice versa. She can be a little timid around new dogs, but with the right match she is fine. She is great around the few kids that she's spent time with, and we have not had her around any cats during our time with her. She is MOSTLY housebroken. She has gotten better at letting us know when she has to go out, but some accidents can still happen, especially when it is rainy weather. She loves to play in our fenced yard and bask in the sun, but does spend more of her time indoors due to summer heat. We are currently enrolled in doggy classes, and will continue to go as we search for her new home to master some of the basic commands and get more confident on a leash. She is all caught up on vaccinations as well, including flea and tick monthly medications.
