Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Keekee is a versatile dog who is comfortable both indoors and outdoors. She is fully housetrained and does well in the home, but she also enjoys spending time outside. She is known to jump small fences, so a secure yard or supervision while outdoors would be important. Keekee is generally friendly with people. She may take a minute to warm up to new faces, but once she does, she becomes affectionate and comfortable. She does best with older children; she isn’t a great match for homes with small kids, as she can sometimes play a bit too roughly. This is the main reason she is being rehomed, as the current household now has a baby. She has been an only pet, so her behavior in a home with other animals is not fully known. However, she enjoys playing with other dogs at the park, which is a positive sign for potential socialization.
